When will my order be delivered?

We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

 

Shipping & Order

  • Delivery Timeline: Approximately 7–10 working days for all orders.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive your tracking ID via email/SMS 3–5 days after placing your order.

  • Festive Season: Due to high seasonal volume, there may be slight unforeseen delays from our courier partners. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to meet the mentioned timelines.

Order & Returns Policy

  • COD Orders: To confirm and fulfill Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment is required. Our team will reach out to coordinate this after your order is placed.

  • Cancellations: We do not allow any cancellations or exchanges once an order is placed.

  • Damages/Wrong Items: In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Unpacking Video: To claim a refund or replacement for damages, an unpacking video starting from the very beginning of opening the parcel is strictly required.


Can I Return my product?

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

No exchange No Return No Refund on dislike basis. We try to give best, but every customer taste n preference is different.

360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel.
