Delivery Timeline: Approximately 7–10 working days for all orders.
Tracking Information: You will receive your tracking ID via email/SMS 3–5 days after placing your order.

COD Orders: To confirm and fulfill Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment is required. Our team will reach out to coordinate this after your order is placed.
Cancellations: We do not allow any cancellations or exchanges once an order is placed.
Damages/Wrong Items: In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unpacking Video: To claim a refund or replacement for damages, an unpacking video starting from the very beginning of opening the parcel is strictly required.
